The Masuria Arte restaurant combines the original cuisine and the slow food-slow life philosophy.
Traditionally, but with a modern arrangement – from field to table.
We have an ecogarden right next to the restaurant, where we grow our vegetables, herbs, and flowers.
There will also be plenty of fresh Masurian fish – we have our own 6-hectare lake right next to the summer kitchen.
We work together with farmers and regional manufacturers.
They supply us with eggs from happy chickens, honey, fresh cottage and farmstead cheese,
and we proudly emphasise the cultural heritage of Warmia and Masuria.
